great views but poor lounge availability

Our stay at Aloha On The Ganges By Leisure Hotels was truly delightful! The proximity to the Ganges River offered breathtaking views, and the infinity pool overlooking the water was a highlight. The food was fantastic, especially the local dishes that we savored during our meals. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring all our needs were met throughout our visit.

However, the service was often slow and could be improved, especially in the restaurant where staff seemed overwhelmed. For a premium experience, the room furnishings were nice but not quite on par with expectations given the price point.

The place felt overpriced and a bit overrated. A cramped room with no view got us down, but after a nudge, we were shifted to a bigger room with a view of the Ganga which saved the day. Just a bit of a bumpy ride with the vehicle management too.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room. The room was spacious, had a private bathroom with free toiletries, and included air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing with great views of the Ganges. Spa services were amazing, especially the massages. Staff were super attentive.

The cab and sightseeing services were way overpriced. After the initial friendliness during check-in, the staff became uncooperative and refused to assist us with our transportation needs post-checkout, which was very disappointing. It feels like they only care about you until they get your money.
